    AI Profit Workshop.

    $2,999.

Your Assessment shows where the profit is leaking, and the Workshop gets your team started on fixing it.

A founder-led half-day for a leader and their team. We read your Assessment results back to the room and use them to start the team's first honest conversation about the AI Profitability Gap™, the distance between what a company expected AI to deliver and what it is delivering.

The full fee is credited toward the AI Profit Sprint if you start one within six months of the Workshop.

    What it is
A half-day working session that turns your Assessment into your team's first moves toward AI that pays.
    Who it's for
A leader who's taken the Assessment and wants the team in the room.
    Format
Half a day, about four hours, on-site or remote.
    Pre-work
The free AI Profit Readiness Assessment, completed before we meet.
    What you receive
    A live read-back, a facilitated team workshop, and a post-session report.
    Price
$2,999, for up to six participants. Credited in full toward the AI Profit Sprint if you go further.
    Why a workshop

    Why bring the team in.

The Assessment gives you the picture on paper. Nothing changes until the team has worked through it and agreed what to do, and that is what the Workshop is for.

    How it works

    Before, during, and after.

    1. Before: the leader and, ideally, the team complete the free Assessment.

    2. During: Half a day, about four hours together. We present the read, then facilitate the working session.

    3. After: you receive the report within 3 business days.

    What you get

    Three things you leave with.

    • The read-back: we present your Assessment results to the leader and team, so everyone starts from the same honest picture.
    • The mini workshop: a facilitated session where the team names what is getting in the way, and the first moves get agreed in the room.
    • The post-workshop report: a short write-up of what surfaced and the recommended next moves.
    Who's in the room

    A founder in the room.

A founder of Average Robot runs every Workshop. Matt Perry works on marketing and AI strategy. Rob Cannon, PhD, is an organizational psychologist who studies how teams change. Your calendar invite has the name.

What it costs, and where it leads

A fixed fee, credited toward the Sprint.

$2,999, for up to six participants. If it shows there is deeper work to do, the fee is credited in full toward the AI Profit Sprint, our 90-day engagement, provided you start it within six months of the Workshop.

Cancel more than 4 days before your session and we refund the fee in full. Inside 4 days we hold it as credit toward a future session, valid for six months. You can reschedule at no charge up to 2 days before we meet.

Who it's for, and who it isn't

Who gets the most from it.

For: a leader who's seen their Assessment and wants to bring the team into it, fast, without committing to a full engagement first.

Not for: a leader who hasn't taken the Assessment yet (start there, it's free), or a team that already knows what to do and needs it built (that's the AI Profit Sprint).

Leading marketing: start with what CMOs can do when the team makes more with AI and the numbers look the same.

    Questions

    The questions we hear most.

    On-site or remote?

Either works. We run the Workshop on-site or remote, whichever suits your team. It is half a day, about four hours, and a founder of Average Robot runs it. The free Assessment, completed before we meet, is the only pre-work, so the format does not change what you need to prepare.

How is this different from the AI Profit Sprint?

The Workshop works from your Assessment in a single session. The Sprint adds 90 days of research on your own team, a strategy, quick wins along the way, and a plan for the year ahead.

Who should be in the room?

The leader who took the Assessment, and the people on their team they want working on it. The $2,999 fee covers up to six participants. Ideally the team completes the free Assessment before the session too, so everyone starts from the same picture when we read the results back. A founder of Average Robot runs every Workshop, and your calendar invite names which one.

What do we need to do before the Workshop?

Complete the free AI Profit Readiness Assessment before we meet. That is the pre-work. The leader takes it, and ideally the team does too. It has eight questions and takes about two minutes, and the results are what we read back to the room at the start of the session. The session itself is half a day, about four hours, on-site or remote.

What if we need to cancel or reschedule?

You can reschedule at no charge up to 2 days before the session. Cancel more than 4 days before and we refund the fee in full. Inside 4 days, we hold the fee as a credit toward a future session, valid for six months. The terms for your booking are shown on the booking page before you pay, and again in your confirmation email.

What happens to our Assessment answers?

Your answers are processed by an AI system, Anthropic's Claude, to produce a draft analysis, and a member of our team reviews that draft before any personalized report or follow-up is sent to you. The AI makes no automated decisions about you, and your responses are not used to train third-party AI models. Submissions are kept for 24 months, then deleted or anonymized.

    What happens after the Workshop?

You receive a short report within 3 business days, setting out what surfaced in the session and the recommended next moves. If it shows there is deeper work to do, the full $2,999 is credited toward the AI Profit Sprint, our 90-day engagement, as long as you start it within six months of the Workshop.

Bring your Assessment to your team.
