    About Average Robot

We started Average Robot to help people through the AI change at work

Average Robot is the change management firm for the AI transformation of the workplace. We work with C-suite leaders and their senior reports, and we carry the change through to the teams using AI every day.

Your AI return depends on three things most reports miss

Spend and usage are the numbers that get reported, and they often look fine. The return depends on the three steps after them: Direction, Skill and Reinvestment. That stretch in the middle is the AI Profitability Gap™.

Closing it is a leadership job. Point each piece of AI work at an outcome you can name. Help your people go further with the tools they already have. When AI frees up time, agree where that time goes. We help you do all three with the team you have.

Your reports track the first two steps. The return is decided in the next three.

    Measured in your reports

    1. Investment
    2. Usage

Not measured: the AI Profitability Gap™

    1. Direction
    2. Skill
    3. Reinvestment
