A half-day with a leader, their team, and the people who built the method. We take the read from your Assessment, put it in front of the room, and turn it into the first honest conversation about closing the gap between what your AI cost you and what it is giving back.
The full fee is credited toward the AI Profit Sprint if you start one within six months of the Workshop.
Where the Assessment turns into action.
The Assessment gives you the read on paper. A read does not move a number on its own. The Workshop is where the team sees it, argues with it, and agrees what to do about it.
Three things you leave with.
- The read-back: we present your Assessment results to the leader and team, so everyone starts from the same honest picture.
- The mini workshop: a facilitated session where the team names what is really getting in the way, and the first moves get agreed in the room.
- The post-workshop report: a short write-up of what surfaced and the recommended next moves.
Before, during, and after.
- Before: the leader and, ideally, the team complete the free Assessment.
- During: Half a day, about four hours together. We present the read, then facilitate the working session.
- After: you receive the report within 3 business days.

Low-risk, and credited toward the Sprint.
$2,999, for up to six participants. If it shows there is deeper work to do, the fee is credited in full toward the AI Profit Sprint, our 90-day engagement, provided you start it within six months of the Workshop.
Cancel more than 4 days before your session and we refund the fee in full. Inside 4 days we hold it as credit toward a future session, valid for six months. You can reschedule at no charge up to 2 days before we meet.

Not for: a leader who hasn't taken the Assessment yet (start there, it's free), or a team that already knows what to do and just needs it built (that's the AI Profit Sprint).

- The Workshop works from your Assessment in a single session. The Sprint adds 90 days of research on your actual team, a strategy, quick wins along the way, and a plan for the year ahead.
